Timetable

As part of the CCA Scheme, reporting timeframes have been defined by the Environment Agency; please see the CCA Scheme reporting timetable below for key dates for all Target Periods:

February 2018: Return of data for 2017

All data for each TU must be returned to the CCA Helpline by 23rd February 2018 at the very latest. Please ensure the data collection spreadsheets are submitted by the Administrative Contact not from a consultant or external partner.

Once the data collection spreadsheets are returned we will sense check them and e-mail out any queries we have, when these have been resolved we will report the data onto the Environment Agency. Your Data Collection Forms will provide details of your performance against target.

July 2018:  Last date for new entrants to the scheme!

November 2018: AC & RP checks

Email requests will be sent out asking if any changes to the Administrative Contact (AC) and/or Responsible Person (RP) for your TU have occurred, and if so you will be required to fill out and return a V1 form.

January 2019: Data Collection Spreadsheet for Target Period 3

The third target period comes to an end on 31st December 2018. Target Units must then begin to submit their data to us as soon as possible in the New Year.  Please note that if your reporting relies on manual meter readings ensure these are taken as per the set reporting dates.

Data Collection Spreadsheets will be issued in January 2019 and will need to be returned by 27th February 2019 at the latest. The forms issued to each TU will be similar to the forms on which 2017 data was collected, we would ask you to complete the information requested and in addition inform us of any changes to 2017data if you identify any errors or gaps in the data.
